Rond North Sea Port, het havengebied tussen Gent en Terneuzen, zoeken honderden bedrijven woonruimte voor hun personeel. Kwalitatieve huurwoningen zijn er schaars. MOMO Estates is een Belgische onderneming die daarop inspeelt: wij kopen woningen in die regio, renoveren ze en verhuren ze aan havenbedrijven met langetermijncontracten. Het is onze missie om dat rendement toegankelijk te maken voor particuliere investeerders, zonder dat zij er omkijken naar hebben.

Wij nemen de volledige keten voor onze rekening: aankoop, renovatie naar de huidige energienormen, verhuur aan een havenbedrijf en het dagelijkse beheer door een partner ter plaatse. De investeerder koopt een woning die al verhuurd is en blijft bij ons terecht kunnen, ook na de akte. Onze interne financiering maakt ons daarbij onafhankelijk van banken.
