Moreover, you can count on the fact that your flat in Ghent can be rented out for around \u20ac900\/month, while your property in Terneuzen will bring in between \u20ac900 and \u20ac1,100\/month in rental income.<\/p>\n

Like Germany, the Netherlands is a real tenant market. More people rent, and the companies specialised in managing the properties are extremely efficient and professional. Dutch tenants - like their German neighbours - are known as good stewards.<\/p>\n
